Our story
Founded in 2021, La Lista was created to cut through the noise of the Italian wedding industry. We curate trusted venues, suppliers and inspiration with one clear goal in mind – to make planning your wedding in Italy as beautiful as the day itself.
I’m Lucy
Extremely passionate about supporting small brands, Lucy champions strong ethics in the wedding industry and far beyond. This passion stems from planning her own wedding in Italy in 2014 and grows with everything she learns and experiences while running the wedding planning business Wiskow & White.
Lucy’s career started Marketing at a large UK charity. Through her 10 year career, Lucy led teams at Sainsbury’s, Oxfam and other brands to develop marketing strategies and became known for exceeding any target set.
Lucy loves to go for walks with her son Ziggy – Box Hill, Denbies and Leith Hill are their favourite spots. Lucy enjoys spinning, deep conversations, listening to The Black Keys and…creating weddings is a bit of an obsession.

Our Code of Ethics.
We select the most competent professionals in the Italian Wedding World to confidently recommend to our couples. Vendors and venues are vetted before acceptance to The Directory.
When joining La Lista, vendors agree to our
Code of Ethics, to uphold the industry standards we expect from all vendors.
As a collective we:
Treat all customers equally. Our business is free from discrimination and encourages diversity, equality and inclusivity
Respond to all communications with kindness and clarity
Clearly communicate response times and service levels with clients managing expectations clearly
Respect client confidentiality and operate in accordance with data handling policies (to our country’s regulations), only sharing client information with permission and as required
Always act in a respectful and professional manner whilst working with couples and other vendors
Understand that by becoming a La Lista recommended vendor our professional actions are linked not only to our reputation but also to La Lista’s
Have a legal contract with all clients that includes comprehensive and transparent pricing details
Disclose any relationships that benefit us or our business in ways that are not detailed in client contracts
Are transparent with clients about how commission works within our business
Have up to date Public Liability insurance
Hold ourselves to professional standards at all times
Request permission to use photographer’s photos from the owner (the photographer)
Fully credit creatives work when I/we share it
Never claim other’s work as my/our own
Send a suitable replacement or refund payments made to the business if we are unable to deliver our agreed service. If a partial service has been delivered (i.e. wedding planning, meetings or pre-wedding work) we will refund the unfulfilled amount the client has spent
If we knowingly break The Code of Ethics we will inform the La Lista team within 24 hours
By becoming a member of La Lista’s Directory I understand the complaints process exists to uphold this Code of Ethics and our industry to high standards

La Lista holds all Directory members accountable to The Code of Ethics. If the team are notified that these may have been broken by a member the Complaints Protocol will be followed.
The removal of La Lista members is at the team’s full discretion.
La Lista is not responsible for the actions or performance of members of The Directory.
La Lista is a paid Directory membership. Vendors pay a low, accessible fee of £300 per year to access the marketing package valued at £1200. 100% of La Lista income is invested back in to the business to achieve our mission of a fair and transparent industry that promotes ethical vendors, allowing couples a calm and confident wedding planning experience.
La Lista may carry out secret shopper–style evaluations on Directory members to ensure that high standards are consistently maintained.
